職涯十多年深耕於私人銀行板塊。任職於香港UBS瑞士銀行財富管理部門超高淨值客戶顧問，九年。其後加入香港HSBC匯豐銀行私人銀行部門，作為投資顧問兩年半。
身在私人銀行核心職位，其專業職責為協助亞太區超高淨值家族與創業者的財富規劃與傳承。文心深得客戶信任與讚賞，屢次在關鍵節點即時達成甚至於超越客戶需求，有效與客戶建立長期顧問關係。在這多年的經營中，文心得以在參與多起跨國上市併購案件、投融資搓合、特殊物件談判交易、家族變革時的財富隔離與傳承。行業最注重隱私與操守，文心堅韌的精神力，願意主動妥當處理不正直或不道德的行徑。漸漸展露頭角，建立個人口碑和行業角色定位。
兒時由美國回台灣後，進入台灣大學財務金融學系，因優異成績畢業前獲得多屆書卷獎。2023年再經業界友人引薦入選史坦佛大學 LEAD高層管理計畫。在完成創業與領導力的學程後，保持與歷屆校友緊密聯繫且私人籌措峰會。熱衷投入運營學生社團，各專注於不同創業方向，如法律、永續發展與慈善、人工智能、廣告、教育、金融、投資、媒體、文化、旅遊、音樂、生技、人權等。與全球資深高管和創業家前輩同窗，深受提攜和啟發，思想能有提升。
2024年再獲推薦，入選福布斯國際化領軍人物。預計受邀並參與福布斯未來數年晚宴與峰會，與不同行業出色人才互相扶持與共贏。
大學已活躍參與社會影響力項目，為AIESEC成員，18歲前往印度做志願者。氣候方面是紐約非營利團體GCIC協作者與成員。接受聯合國關連組織的多項訓練。
在香港金融圈、女性會員制俱樂部/慈善基金會、史坦佛校友會、與企業二代接班人社群中，皆熱衷參與及貢獻。希望更多建立話語權，以正面積極的態度，致力於實現開放、多元、自由的現代價值觀。
Jasmine Yin has dedicated her career to the private banking sector for over a decade. She has been a Client Advisor at UBS Wealth Management, in Hong Kong, learning the trade for nine years. Before joining HSBC Private Banking as an Investment Counsellor for two and a half years.
As a Private Banker, Jasmine acted as a trusted advisor to ultra-high-net-worth families and entrepreneurs in the Asia-Pacific region. Providing various complex solutions ranging from wealth planning, inheritance, investments of all asset classes and liquidity, structured lending, direct deal makings, matching of specific investors, overseas expansion…etc.. The essence is winning trust from the extremely outstanding and powerful clients, and aiming to establish long-term genuine relationships.
Jasmine also participated in several cross-border IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, high profile investment and financing deals, negotiation and transaction of special items, which were kept strictly confidential as professionalism to this line of business.
Jasmine has been referred to Stanford University’s LEAD Executive Program in 2023, where after graduating from the award-winning entrepreneurship and leadership courses, alumni gather at self-run private summits from time to time, operate active student communities each focusing on different entrepreneurial directions, such as law, sustainable development, artificial intelligence, advertising, education, finance and banking, investment, media, culture, travel, music, biotech, human rights…etc.
In 2024 she was nominated and selected officially as a Forbes International Leader, due to her influence and contributions in the industry and society. She will be expected to attend Forbes gala dinners and summits, to connect with more like-minded individuals.
Jasmine has always been actively involved in social impact projects, she was a member of AIESEC, and went to India as a volunteer at the age of 18. She is currently a member and collaborator of New York-based non-profit group GCIC, and received multiple training sessions from the United Nations related entities. Jasmine is a highly valued and important member in several communities, including in the Hong Kong finance circles, women’s membership clubs/philanthropy foundations, Stanford alumni societies, Taiwan second-generation successor communities and more.
She is an engaging and unforgettable character, always on her tireless endeavor to make an impact, pursuing social justice and promoting her belief of an open, diverse and liberal modern day moral value.
